2026 Oil Patch Markets, May-December- 2nd Saturday of these months
Vendor spaces are 10ft x10ft and are $10 per week
Vendor Set-Up Instructions
The Oil Patch Market will take place on Saturday, May 9th, from
3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Regular vendor set-up will begin at 2:00 PM. Vendors setting up during the regular set-up time are required to check in at the registration table prior to setting up. This includes vendors who have prepaid and vendors who plan to pay in person the day of the market.
Vendor spaces will be available on a first come, first served basis. All booths must be set up and ready by 3:30 PM.
Early set-up is available for an additional $10.00 fee. Vendors who choose early set-up may do so prior to 2:00 PM at their own discretion. Vendors are responsible for their booth, merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings during early set-up and throughout the event.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, tents, weights, and any other materials needed for their booth.
All walkways, sidewalks, entrances, and access points must remain clear. Vendors setting up on or near a sidewalk must maintain a clear path for pedestrians.
